We can supply 1 or 2 page, professionally designed, information brochures for your property.

Showing a map of the area
Photos of the property or area
Details of the property including: number and sizes of rooms, Community Charge and other bills payable by the new tenant. Broadband TV and phone services available.
Local amenities, such as proximity to British Rail stations and bus services, schools and GP services.

Brochures will be supplied in PDF format or Word.

If required, colour printing costs are 30p per page.

WE can also supply a floorplan to go with your brochure. We will need a sketch of your layout and accurate measurements of each room.

2D floorplans are available at £15 /2 bed property

TO LET Board

TO LET boards are an excellent advertising tool to alert prospective tenants, who are already looking locally, to your property.
Available with either our office number or a contact number of your choice.

only in SS DA or RM postcodes - these will be standard Fletcher Residential boards
